Home Warranty

A home warranty is a service contract that helps cover the cost of repairing or replacing major home systems and appliances, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water heaters, garbage disposals, washers, and dryers. Home warranties are not mandatory, but many homeowners purchase them for additional protection.​First and foremost, It is important that no matter what contract you choose, it is important to understand the business practices of home warranty companies in general, and also your specific contract. Knowing what's covered and what's not. For example, if you sign up with them and 2 weeks later make a claim expecting your dishwasher to be replace. You will be disappointed. Our company stands by our service and our mission statement which includes integrity. Any claims we submit for authorization will be a honest review of the job details, the condition of the appliance and will include any requested information such as make, model, age, condition, etc. We work with the following Home Warranty companies directly. This means you are not responsible for any payment beyond the deductible (if applicable) for our services.

• National Service Alliance (multiple companies included)

​If your home warranty elects to have your appliance serviced by a servicer of your choosing and they are not any of the above companies. You will be responsible for all payments (regardless of your deductible). You will need to seek reimbursement from your home warranty company.  Our technicians will provide a report to your warranty company as long as they are reachable in a timely manner during the initial service visit. It is recommended for you to receive a written approval before work is done, otherwise you risk not being reimbursed for services.​​
