If you purchase one of theses washers under the Whirlpool, Maytag, or Amana brand between January 2023 and May 2024. Please read the following before scheduling a service appointment.

There is a common issue recognized by Whirlpool where the drain pump will continuously run. This fault is due to a faulty pressure sensor built onto the control board. If you purchased your washer between the time frame above, Whirlpool may replace the control board covering parts and labor.

Please note. At this time we are recommending all customers with this issue to contact Whirlpool. These control boards have been out of stock from all of our vendors for months now and their is currently no ETA. Meaning, we are unable to repair it, even if you paid for the parts and labor.

Check your user manual for the phone number of the customer service department for your brand washing machine, While they are all manufactured by Whirlpool, Amana and Maytag may have a different contact number. Please note, This IS NOT a recall and only a service notification for problematic machines. according to Whirlpool.
